5. Maintenance

Regular maintenance will help prolong the life and appearance of your Yaheetech Clamp Awning.

  • Cleaning the Canopy: The polyester fabric has a protective coating and is easy to clean. Wipe the canopy with a damp cloth and mild soap solution. Rinse thoroughly with clean water and allow to air dry completely before retracting. Do not use harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners.
  • Cleaning the Frame: The iron pipes are processed by electrostatic powder spraying. Wipe the metal frame with a damp cloth to remove dust and dirt.
  • Weather Protection: Always retract the awning during strong winds, heavy rain, or snow to prevent damage. Prolonged exposure to extreme weather conditions can reduce the product's lifespan.
  • Seasonal Storage: If storing the awning for an extended period, ensure it is clean and completely dry. Store in a dry, protected area.

  • Awning feels unstable: Verify that the telescopic poles are fully extended and securely clamped between the ceiling and floor. Ensure the protective feet are properly positioned and the base is stable on uneven surfaces.
