Setup and Assembly

The VANNECT Buffer Polisher is designed for quick and easy assembly. Follow these steps to prepare your polisher for use:

  1. Attach the D-handle: Align the detachable D-handle with the mounting points on the polisher head. Secure it using the provided screws and hex wrench. The handle can be adjusted to left, vertical, or right directions for optimal comfort and control.

  3. Install the Foam Pad/Disc: Ensure the backing plate is securely attached to the polisher. Select the appropriate foam pad or disc for your task and firmly press it onto the hook-and-loop surface of the backing plate.

  5. Power Connection: Before plugging in, ensure the polisher's ON/OFF switch is in the "OFF" position and the speed dial is set to the lowest setting (1). Connect the power cord to a suitable power outlet.

Operating Instructions

Follow these guidelines for effective and safe operation of your polisher:

  1. Power On: Press the ON/OFF button to start the polisher.
  2. Adjust Speed: Use the 6-speed control dial to select the desired RPM.
    • Low Speed (1-2): Ideal for waxing and buffing.
    • Medium Speed (3-4): Suitable for general polishing and cleaning.
    • High Speed (5-6): Recommended for removing paint defects and oxidation.

  9. Power Off: Once finished, turn the speed dial to the lowest setting, then press the ON/OFF button to turn off the polisher. Unplug the tool from the power outlet.

Maintenance
