Setup and Assembly
The BRIO Builder Volvo Wheel Loader requires assembly using the provided components and tool. Follow the visual instructions carefully.
1. Assembling the Chassis and Wheels
Connect the wooden blocks and plastic parts to form the main body of the loader. Attach the wheels to the chassis using the provided nuts and bolts. The pliers are essential for securing these connections.

2. Installing the Battery Light
The battery light requires 2 LR44 batteries (not included). Insert the batteries according to the polarity markings. Attach the light unit to the designated spot on the loader's cabin structure.

Operating Instructions
1. Using the Tipping Bucket
The front bucket of the Volvo Wheel Loader is designed for realistic movement. Use the handle on the side of the loader to raise and lower the bucket arm. The bucket itself can be tilted to scoop and dump materials.

2. Activating the Battery Light
Press the black button on the side of the yellow battery light unit to turn it on or off. The light provides an additional realistic feature for play.
Maintenance
- Cleaning: Wipe the toy with a damp cloth. Do not immerse in water.
- Storage: Store in a dry place away from direct sunlight to prevent damage to wood and plastic components.
- Battery Replacement: If the battery light dims or stops working, replace the 2 LR44 batteries. Ensure correct polarity.

Troubleshooting
- Difficulty with Assembly: The nuts and bolts require a certain level of strength and dexterity to manipulate with the pliers. Younger children (e.g., 3-5 years old) may require adult assistance for assembly and disassembly.

- Check if the batteries are inserted correctly with the right polarity.
- Replace old batteries with new LR44 batteries.
