1. Product Overview

The WUUK Wireless Cam Pro Kit provides a comprehensive and user-friendly home security solution. This kit includes a Homebase and two 2K wireless cameras, designed for both indoor and outdoor use. It offers advanced features such as local video storage, long battery life, intelligent human detection, and multi-camera viewing, all without recurring monthly fees.

2. What's in the Box

Before beginning installation, please verify that all components are present in your package:

• 1 x WUUK Base Station
• 1 x Base Station Power Cord (1M)
• 1 x Ethernet Cable (1M)
• 2 x WUUK Cam Pro (2K Resolution)
• 2 x Mounting Brackets

3. Setup Guide

The WUUK Wireless Cam Pro Kit is designed for quick and effortless installation, typically taking less than 5 minutes per camera. No professional installation is required.

3.1 Homebase Setup

1. Connect the WUUK Base Station to your internet router using the provided Ethernet cable.
2. Connect the Base Station to a power outlet using the power cord.
3. Download the WUUK app on your smartphone (available for iOS and Android).
4. Follow the in-app instructions to register your Homebase and connect it to your Wi-Fi network.

3.2 Camera Pairing and Installation

1. Ensure your WUUK Cam Pro cameras are fully charged before installation.
2. Within the WUUK app, select the option to add a new camera and follow the pairing instructions.
3. Choose a suitable location for your camera. The cameras are designed for both indoor and outdoor use and can be mounted on walls or under eaves.
4. Use the provided mounting brackets and screws to securely attach the camera to the desired surface.

4. Operating Your WUUK Security System

4.1 Local Video Storage

The WUUK Homebase features a built-in 32GB memory, capable of storing approximately 4 months of video data. This storage is local and encrypted, ensuring your privacy. The system supports loop recording, automatically overwriting older footage when the memory is full. One Homebase can support up to 8 wireless cameras (outdoor cameras or doorbell cameras), sharing the storage capacity.

4.2 Expandable System

The WUUK Homebase can be paired with up to 8 wireless cameras, allowing you to expand your security coverage without additional costs for a new base station.

4.3 Long-Lasting Battery Life

Each camera is equipped with a 9600mAh high-capacity battery, providing up to 8 months of operation on a single charge. For continuous power, the cameras are compatible with the WUUK solar panel (sold separately), eliminating the need for manual recharging.

4.4 Multi-Camera Viewing

Monitor up to 4 surveillance cameras simultaneously through the WUUK app, providing comprehensive coverage of your property. The system supports both 2.4GHz and 5GHz Wi-Fi networks for stable connectivity.

4.5 Intelligent Human Detection & Custom Zones

Receive instant notifications when human activity is detected. The system's intelligent human detection helps reduce false alarms from pets or other movements. You can also customize specific detection zones within the camera's field of view, focusing alerts on critical areas.

4.6 High-Resolution Video & Night Vision

Enjoy crystal-clear footage with 2K resolution during both day and night. The cameras feature full-color night vision spotlight mode, providing detailed and clear images even in low-light conditions. The 6X digital zoom allows for closer inspection of details.

4.7 Two-Way Talk

Communicate with visitors or deter unwanted guests using the built-in two-way audio feature. This allows for real-time conversation through the camera and app.

4.9 Event Review and Sharing

Quickly access and review recorded events categorized by motion, human activity, or alerts. You can also share camera access with family and friends for shared peace of mind.

5. Maintenance

5.1 Battery Charging

To maintain optimal performance, periodically check the battery level of your cameras via the WUUK app. When the battery is low, remove the camera from its mount and charge it using a standard USB charger (not included). A full charge can take several hours.

5.2 Cleaning

Gently wipe the camera lens and body with a soft, damp cloth to remove dust or debris. Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive materials that could damage the camera's surface or lens.

5.3 Weather Considerations

The WUUK Cam Pro cameras are IP66 waterproof, designed to withstand various weather conditions, including rain and snow. However, extreme temperatures outside the operating range (refer to specifications) may affect battery performance.

6. Troubleshooting

6.1 Connectivity Issues

• No Connection: Ensure the Homebase is powered on and connected to your router. Check the Wi-Fi signal strength in the app for your cameras.
• Weak Signal: If a camera has a weak signal, try relocating the Homebase to a more central location or closer to the camera. The system supports far-reaching and stable Wi-Fi coverage.

6.2 App Functionality

• Notifications Not Received: Check your phone's notification settings for the WUUK app. Ensure the app has permissions to send notifications.
• Slow Video Loading: The WUUK Homebase is equipped with a signal enhancer for fast video loading. If experiencing delays, ensure your Homebase is optimally placed and your internet connection is stable.

6.3 Recording Issues

• No Recordings: Verify that motion detection is enabled in the app and that the camera's detection zones are correctly configured. Check the Homebase storage capacity.
• Short Recordings: You can customize the video recording duration in the app settings. Note that longer recording durations will consume more battery life.
