Troubleshooting

This section addresses common issues you might encounter and their potential solutions.

ProblemPossible CauseSolution
Poor First Layer AdhesionUnleveled bed, dirty build plate, incorrect nozzle temperature, incorrect Z-offset.Perform CR Touch auto-leveling, clean the build plate with isopropyl alcohol, adjust nozzle/bed temperatures, fine-tune Z-offset.
Filament CloggingDust in filament, heat creep, worn nozzle, incorrect retraction settings.Clean the nozzle, ensure proper cooling, replace worn nozzle, adjust retraction settings in slicer.
Layer ShiftingLoose belts, motor overheating, print speed too high, physical obstruction.Check and tighten X/Y-axis belts, ensure proper ventilation for motors, reduce print speed, clear any obstructions.
Extruder Fan Not WorkingLoose connection, fan failure.Check fan connections to the hotend board. If still not working, the fan may need replacement.
