Safety Instructions
Always follow basic safety precautions when using electrical appliances to reduce the risk of fire, electric shock, and injury to persons.
- Ensure the voltage indicated on the appliance corresponds to your local mains voltage before connecting.

- Control Panel: Includes power button, single shot button, double shot button, and steam button.

Setup
- Unpacking: Remove all packaging materials and ensure all parts are present.
- First Cleaning: Wash the water tank, portafilter, and drip tray with warm soapy water. Rinse thoroughly and dry.
- Filling the Water Tank:Remove the water tank from the back of the machine. Fill it with fresh, cold water up to the MAX level. Replace the tank securely. The tank has a 1.1 liter capacity.

- Initial Rinse Cycle: Before making coffee, perform an initial rinse.
- Place a cup under the portafilter spout.
- Press the power button to turn on the machine. Wait for the indicator lights to stop flashing, indicating the machine is heated.
- Press the single shot button to dispense water. Repeat this process a few times to prime the system.
Operating Instructions
Making Espresso (Ground Coffee)
- Ensure the water tank is filled and the machine is preheated (indicator lights solid).
- Insert the desired filter (single or double shot) into the portafilter.
- Add finely ground coffee to the filter. For a single shot, use approximately 7g; for a double shot, use approximately 14g. Tamp the coffee evenly with a tamper.
- Attach the portafilter to the brewing head by aligning it and turning it to the right until secure.
- Place one or two cups on the drip tray under the portafilter spouts.
- Press the single shot button (for one cup) or the double shot button (for two cups).The machine will automatically stop dispensing when the programmed volume is reached.

- After brewing, carefully remove the portafilter and discard the used coffee grounds.
Making Espresso (ESE Pods)
- Use the specific filter for ESE pods.
- Place one ESE pod into the filter.
- Follow steps 4-7 from the "Making Espresso (Ground Coffee)" section.
Making Cappuccino / Steaming Milk
- Ensure the machine is on and preheated.
- Fill a pitcher with cold milk (dairy or non-dairy) to about one-third full.
- Press the steam button (steam icon) on the control panel. The indicator light will flash, then become solid when the machine reaches steaming temperature.

- Position the steam wand just below the surface of the milk in the pitcher.
- Turn the steam/hot water knob counter-clockwise to release steam.Move the pitcher up and down to create foam. Continue until the milk reaches the desired temperature and consistency.

- Turn the steam knob clockwise to stop the steam.
- Wipe the steam wand immediately with a damp cloth to prevent milk residue from drying.
Hot Water Function
The steam wand can also dispense hot water for teas or Americanos.
- Ensure the machine is on and preheated.
- Place a cup under the steam wand.
- Turn the steam/hot water knob counter-clockwise to dispense hot water.
- Turn the knob clockwise to stop the hot water flow.
Maintenance and Cleaning
Regular cleaning ensures optimal performance and extends the life of your espresso machine.
- Daily Cleaning:
- Empty and rinse the drip tray after each use.
- Clean the portafilter and filter basket after each use.
- Wipe the steam wand immediately after frothing milk.
- Wipe the exterior of the machine with a damp cloth.
- Water Tank: Clean the water tank regularly with warm water and mild detergent. Rinse thoroughly.
- Descaling: Over time, mineral deposits can build up. Descale your machine every 2-3 months, or more frequently if you have hard water. Use a commercial descaling solution specifically designed for espresso machines and follow the product's instructions.
- Automatic Shut-off: The machine features an automatic shut-off after 25 minutes of inactivity to save energy.
Troubleshooting
