1. Product Overview

The Jelanry USB C Headphones are in-ear wired earphones designed for audio playback and communication. They feature a USB-C connector for direct compatibility with a wide range of modern devices. The headphones are equipped with a built-in microphone and multi-function control for managing audio and calls.

2. What's in the Box

Upon opening your Jelanry USB C Headphones package, you should find the following items:

• 1 x USB C Headphone
• 1 x Earphone Wire Cable Clip
• 2 Pairs Extra Replace EarTips (total of 3 pairs including the pre-installed ones)
• 1 x Portable Storage Box

3. Setup

3.1 Choosing the Right Ear Tips

For optimal sound quality and comfort, select the ear tips that best fit your ears. The headphones come with three sizes (Small, Medium, Large). Experiment with each size to find the most secure and comfortable fit that also provides good noise isolation.

3.2 Connecting the Headphones

1. Locate the USB Type-C port on your device (smartphone, tablet, laptop, etc.).
2. Insert the USB-C connector of the headphones firmly into the device's USB-C port.
3. Once connected, your device should automatically recognize the headphones. No additional drivers are typically required.

4. Operating Instructions

4.1 In-line Remote Control Functions

The in-line remote control allows you to manage audio playback and calls without directly interacting with your device.

• Volume +: Press to increase volume.
• Volume -: Press to decrease volume.
• Play/Pause (Single Click): Press the center button once to play or pause audio.
• Answer Call (Single Click): Press the center button once to answer an incoming call.
• Reject Call (Long Press): Press and hold the center button to reject an incoming call.
• Skip Songs (Double Click): Double-click the center button to skip to the next track.
• Previous Track (Triple Click): Triple-click the center button to go to the previous track.

4.2 Using the Microphone

The built-in microphone is located on the in-line remote. Ensure the microphone is positioned appropriately for clear voice capture during calls or voice commands.

5. Maintenance

5.1 Cleaning

• Gently wipe the earbuds and cable with a soft, dry, lint-free cloth.
• Remove ear tips and clean them separately with mild soap and water if necessary. Ensure they are completely dry before reattaching.
• Do not use harsh chemicals, abrasive cleaners, or immerse the headphones in water.

5.2 Storage

When not in use, store the headphones in the provided portable storage box to protect them from dust, dirt, and tangling. Avoid extreme temperatures and direct sunlight.

6. Troubleshooting

6.1 No Sound or Intermittent Audio

• Check Connection: Ensure the USB-C connector is fully inserted into your device's port.
• Device Volume: Verify that your device's volume is not muted or set too low.
• Compatibility: Confirm your device supports audio output via its USB-C port. Some devices may require specific settings or adapters. Refer to your device's manual.
• Test on Another Device: If possible, test the headphones with another compatible USB-C device to determine if the issue is with the headphones or the original device.

6.2 Microphone Not Working

• Device Settings: Check your device's audio input settings to ensure the external microphone is selected.
• Application Permissions: For specific apps, ensure microphone access is granted in your device's privacy settings.
• Clear Obstructions: Ensure the microphone on the in-line remote is not covered or obstructed.

6.3 Remote Control Not Responding

• Re-plug Headphones: Disconnect and reconnect the headphones to your device.
• Device Compatibility: While basic functions are universal, some advanced remote features might vary in compatibility with certain device models or operating systems.
