2. Safety Instructions
WARNING: Read all safety warnings and all instructions. Failure to follow the warnings and instructions may result in electric shock, fire, and/or serious injury.

4. Setup and Assembly
4.1 Handle Assembly
Attach the sliding handle to the lawnmower body using the provided screws, washers, and fasteners. Ensure the handle is securely fastened and adjusted to a comfortable height for operation.
4.2 Battery Installation
The lawnmower requires two 18V Power X-Change batteries. Open the battery compartment cover. Insert two charged batteries into the designated slots. Ensure they click into place. Close the battery compartment cover securely.

4.3 Cutting Height Adjustment
The cutting height can be adjusted centrally in six steps from 30 mm to 75 mm. Locate the cutting height adjustment lever near one of the rear wheels. Move the lever to select the desired cutting height. Ensure the lever locks into position.

4.4 Mulching Function Setup
This lawnmower is designed for mulching, which means it finely chops grass clippings and returns them to the lawn as natural fertilizer. If you wish to use the side ejection feature, attach the side output adapter to the designated slot on the side of the mower deck.

5. Operating Instructions
5.1 Starting the Lawnmower
- Ensure batteries are fully charged and correctly installed.
- Insert the safety key into its slot.
- Press and hold the safety button, then pull the switch lever towards the handle. The motor will start.
- Release the safety button once the motor is running.
5.2 Mowing Techniques
For best results, mow in straight, overlapping lines. Avoid mowing wet grass, as it can clog the mower and lead to an uneven cut. For very tall grass, it is advisable to make two passes, setting the cutting height higher for the first pass and then lower for the second.

5.3 Stopping the Lawnmower
Release the switch lever to stop the motor. For complete power disconnection, remove the safety key and the battery packs.

WARNING: Always remove the safety key and battery packs before performing any maintenance or cleaning.
6.1 Cleaning
- After each use, clean the mower deck and blade area to prevent grass buildup. Use a brush or cloth; do not use water directly on electrical components.
