- On your phone, search for and select "LEVN LE-HS011 Superior" in your Bluetooth device list. The LED will change to a Blue slow flash once connected. You can now play audio from your phone through the headset.
Tip: Ensure your device's Bluetooth version is 3.0 or above before connecting.

B. Pairing with a Computer via USB Dongle
- Plug the USB Dongle into an available USB port on your computer. Wait for your computer to recognize the dongle; its LED indicator will flash Blue.
- Press and hold the MFB button on the LE-HS011 Superior headset for 3 seconds to enter pairing mode. The headset indicator will flash Blue and Red alternately, and you will hear the voice prompt "Pairing".
- Pairing is successful when you hear "Paired" and the headset is connected. The LED indicator on the USB Dongle will turn solid blue. This process may take up to 20 seconds.

C. Computer Sound Settings
If sound is not playing correctly or the microphone is not working, you may need to adjust your computer's sound settings:
- Right-click the Speakers icon (usually in the bottom-right corner of your screen), then select "Open Sound settings".
- Under "Output", select "LEVN LE-HS011 Superior" as your output device (Speaker).
- Under "Input", select "LEVN LE-HS011 Superior" as your input device (Microphone).
- Ensure that "LEVN LE-HS011 Superior" is selected for both output and input, then close the settings window.

The headset can attempt to reconnect for 10 minutes before automatically powering off if disconnected.
Q. How to delete paired records?
A: In pairing mode, long press the Volume- button and MFB simultaneously for 5 seconds to clear the paired records. The Red & Blue LEDs will flicker once. After deleting, the headset will not automatically reconnect, and you will need to connect it manually.
Q. What's the password for pairing?
A: Some devices may require a password for pairing. Try 0000, 8888, 1111, or 1234.

8. Warranty and Support

SKY WING Communication Electronics Co., Ltd (SKYWING) warrants to the original purchaser that this LEVN product will be free of defects in design, assembly, material, or workmanship for 18 months from the date of purchase.
What will we do to correct problems? SKYWING will, at its option, repair or replace any defective product free of charge (excluding shipping costs).
What is not covered by this warranty? This warranty is null and void if the product is not provided to SKYWING for inspection (at the purchaser's expense), or if SKYWING determines the product has been improperly installed, altered, or tampered with. The warranty does not cover acts of God, such as floods.
