5. Setup and Installation
Proper installation is crucial for the efficient operation of your portable air conditioner. This unit is designed for use with hung windows or sliding windows.
5.1 Window Kit Installation
- Connect the hose connector to one end of the exhaust hose.
- Connect the window kit adapter to the other end of the exhaust hose.
- Extend the adjustable window kit to fit the width or height of your window opening. Secure it in place.
- Attach the hose connector to the exhaust air outlet on the back of the air conditioner.
- Extend the exhaust hose and insert the window kit adapter into the opening of the installed window kit. Ensure a tight seal to prevent hot air from re-entering the room.
- Plug the unit into a power outlet.

Important Note: The exhaust hose must be connected to discharge hot air outside during use to improve cooling effectiveness. Ensure the hose is not bent or obstructed.
6. Operating Instructions

- Locate the drainage hole at the bottom rear of the unit.
- Connect the provided water pipe (drain hose) to the drainage outlet.
- Direct the other end of the drain hose to a suitable container or floor drain. Ensure the hose is positioned lower than the drainage outlet for gravity drainage.
