3. Setup Instructions

3.1 Charging the Speaker

Before first use, fully charge the speaker. Connect the provided charging cable to the speaker's charging port and a compatible USB power source. The LED indicator will show charging status.

3.2 Bluetooth Pairing

1. Ensure the speaker is powered off.
2. Press and hold the Power button (U) until the speaker powers on and enters pairing mode (indicated by a flashing LED).
3. On your device (smartphone, tablet, etc.), enable Bluetooth and search for available devices.
4. Select "Ortizan Speaker" from the list. Once connected, the LED indicator will become solid.

3.3 Dual Speaker Pairing (TWS Function)

To achieve a stereo surround sound experience, you can pair two Ortizan speakers together:

1. Ensure both speakers are powered on and not connected to any other Bluetooth device.
2. On one speaker (this will be the primary speaker), press the TWS button (often indicated by two interlocking circles or a similar icon). The speaker will search for another Ortizan speaker.
3. Once connected, both speakers will play audio in stereo.

4. Operating Instructions

4.1 Control Buttons

The speaker features several control buttons for easy operation:

• Power Button (U): Press and hold to power on/off. Short press to play/pause music.
• Volume Up (+): Short press to increase volume. Long press for next track.
• Volume Down (-): Short press to decrease volume. Long press for previous track.
• EQ Button (EQ): Short press to cycle through equalizer modes.
• Call/Voice Assistant Button (Phone icon): Short press to answer/end calls. Long press to activate voice assistant (Siri, Google Assistant).
• Light Mode Button (Light icon): Short press to change RGB light modes.

4.2 Audio Input Options

In addition to Bluetooth, the speaker supports other audio input methods:

• Auxiliary Input: Connect an audio device using a 3.5mm auxiliary cable.
• SD Card Playback: Insert a microSD card with audio files into the designated slot for direct playback.

5. Maintenance

5.1 Cleaning

To clean the speaker, use a soft, damp cloth. Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners, as these can damage the surface and internal components. Ensure all port covers are securely closed before cleaning or exposing to water.

5.2 Water Resistance

The speaker is IPX7 waterproof. This means it can withstand submersion in water up to 1 meter (3 feet) for 30 minutes. However, it is not recommended for prolonged underwater use. Always ensure the charging port and auxiliary input covers are tightly sealed to maintain water resistance.

6. Troubleshooting

• Speaker will not turn on: Ensure the speaker is charged. Connect it to a power source and try again.
• Cannot pair via Bluetooth: Make sure the speaker is in pairing mode (flashing LED). Turn off and on your device's Bluetooth. If previously paired, try forgetting the device on your phone and re-pairing. Ensure no other devices are connected to the speaker.
• No sound: Check the volume levels on both the speaker and your connected device. Ensure the correct input mode (Bluetooth, Aux, SD card) is selected.
• Poor sound quality: Ensure the speaker is within Bluetooth range (66 feet/20 meters) and there are no significant obstructions. Try adjusting the EQ settings.
• Dual pairing not working: Ensure both speakers are fully charged and not connected to any other device before initiating TWS pairing.
