3. Installation Guide
The TEEHO TE002 is designed for easy installation, typically requiring only a screwdriver. No additional drilling is needed if your door has a standard 2-1/8" (54mm) door hole.
Before You Begin
Ensure your door meets the compatibility requirements:
- Door Hole Diameter: Only suitable for 2-1/8" (54mm) door holes.
- Door Thickness: 1-3/8" to 2" (35mm to 50mm).
- Not compatible with Rim Cylinder, Mortise, or Integrated lock types.

4. Initial Setup and Programming
After installation, you will need to program your lock with user codes and fingerprints.
Adding User Codes
The lock supports up to 20 user codes. Follow the programming instructions to add, modify, or delete user codes. Remember to choose strong, unique codes.

Adding Fingerprints
The lock can store up to 20 fingerprints. For optimal recognition, ensure your finger is clean and dry when enrolling. It is recommended to enroll the same finger multiple times from different angles.

One-Time Passwords
Generate one-time PIN codes for temporary access. These codes are automatically deleted after a single use, providing secure access for visitors or service personnel.

5. Daily Operation
Unlocking the Door
- Fingerprint: Place your enrolled finger on the sensor.
- Keypad Code: Enter your valid user code on the keypad.
- Physical Key: Use the provided standard key as a backup.
Locking the Door
- Automatic Lock: The lock can be set to automatically lock after 10-99 seconds.
- One-Touch Lock: Press and hold any key on the keypad for 2 seconds to instantly lock the door.

6. Maintenance
Battery Replacement
The TEEHO TE002 operates on 4 AA batteries (not included). The lock features a low battery indicator to alert you when replacement is needed. Battery life is approximately 6 months under normal usage. Replace all four batteries simultaneously for optimal performance.

Cleaning
Wipe the lock surface with a soft, damp cloth. Avoid using abrasive cleaners or solvents, as they may damage the finish or electronic components.
