Important Safety Instructions
- Always unplug the blender from the power outlet before cleaning or when not in use.
- Do not immerse the motor part of the blender in water or any other liquid. Only the blending shaft is submersible.
- Keep hands, hair, clothing, as well as spatulas and other utensils away from the moving blades during operation to prevent injury.
- Exercise extreme caution when blending hot liquids to prevent scalding.
- This appliance is not intended for use by children. Close supervision is necessary when any appliance is used near children.
- Avoid contact with moving parts.
- Do not operate any appliance with a damaged cord or plug or after the appliance malfunctions, or is dropped or damaged in any manner.

Setup
- Before first use, wash all parts that will come into contact with food (blending shaft, beaker) in warm soapy water, then rinse thoroughly and dry.
- Align the blending shaft with the motor body. Push them together until you hear a click, indicating they are securely locked.
- Ensure the appliance is unplugged before attaching or detaching any parts.

Operating Instructions
Speed Control and Turbo Mode
- The blender features 12 adjustable speeds, controlled by a dial on the top of the motor body. Turn the dial to select your desired speed.
- For maximum power and quick blending, press and hold the TURBO button. Release the button to return to the selected speed or stop blending.
- To start blending, press the power button. Release to stop.

Blending Tips
- For best results, cut solid ingredients into small pieces before blending.
- When blending in the beaker, ensure the liquid level does not exceed the MAX fill line (700ml).
- For hot soups or sauces, you can blend directly in the pot. Ensure the pot is on a stable surface and the blender is fully immersed before starting.
- Do not run the blender continuously for more than 1 minute. Allow it to cool down for at least 1 minute between cycles.
- For thicker mixtures or frozen ingredients, use the Turbo mode or higher speed settings.

Maintenance and Cleaning
Proper cleaning ensures the longevity and hygiene of your FRESKO Immersion Handheld Blender.
- Blending Shaft: Detach the blending shaft from the motor body. Wash the shaft under running water with a mild detergent. Use a brush to clean around the blades carefully. Rinse thoroughly and dry.
- Motor Body: Wipe the motor body with a damp cloth. Do not immerse it in water.
- Beaker: The 700ml beaker is dishwasher safe or can be hand-washed with warm soapy water.
- Ensure all parts are completely dry before reassembling or storing.
Troubleshooting
