2. Important Safety Instructions

3.1 Main Components:

4. Setup and First Use

4.1 Unpacking:

• Remove all packaging materials and accessories.

4.2 Placement:

• Place the OTG on a stable, heat-resistant, and level surface.
• Ensure adequate clearance (at least 10-15 cm) on all sides and above the appliance for proper ventilation.
• Do not place near flammable materials or heat sources.

4.3 First Use (Burn-in):

Before cooking food, operate the oven for approximately 15 minutes to burn off any manufacturing residues. This may produce a slight odor or smoke, which is normal.

1. Plug the power cord into a suitable electrical outlet (AC 220-240 V, 50/60 Hz).
2. Set the Temperature Control Knob to 230°C.
3. Set the Operation Selector Function Knob to both upper and lower heating elements.
4. Set the Cooking Timer Knob to 15 minutes.
5. After 15 minutes, the oven will automatically shut off and ring a bell. Allow the oven to cool completely before opening the door.

5. Operating Instructions

5.1 General Operation:

1. Place food on the appropriate accessory (wire rack, bake pan, or rotisserie rod).
2. Insert the accessory into the desired rack position inside the oven.
3. Close the oven door securely.
4. Set the Temperature Control Knob to the desired temperature (100-230°C).
5. Select the desired cooking function using the Operation Selector Function Knob.
6. Set the Cooking Timer Knob to the required cooking duration (up to 60 minutes). The oven will begin heating.
7. When the timer reaches zero, the oven will automatically turn off and a bell will sound.
8. Carefully remove cooked food using oven mitts.

5.2 Grilling:

• Place food directly on the wire rack or in the barbeque tray.
• Insert the tray/rack into the upper or middle rack position.
• Set the Temperature Control Knob to 230°C.
• Set the Operation Selector Function Knob to the upper heating element icon (for top grilling).
• Set the timer and monitor food closely to prevent overcooking.

5.3 Baking:

• Place food in the bake pan or on an oven-safe dish placed on the wire rack.
• Insert into the middle or lower rack position.
• Set the Temperature Control Knob to the desired baking temperature.
• Set the Operation Selector Function Knob to both upper and lower heating elements.
• Set the timer according to your recipe.

5.4 Rotisserie:

• Securely skewer the food (e.g., whole chicken) onto the rotisserie rod using the provided forks. Ensure the food is centered and balanced.
• Place the barbeque tray or bake pan on the bottom rack to catch drippings.
• Using the rotisserie handle, carefully insert the rotisserie rod into the designated slots inside the oven.
• Set the Temperature Control Knob to 200-230°C.
• Set the Operation Selector Function Knob to the rotisserie icon (often combined with upper heating).
• Set the timer for the required cooking duration. The rotisserie will rotate automatically.

5.5 Convection:

• The convection fan circulates hot air for faster and more even cooking.
• To activate convection, select the convection icon on the Operation Selector Function Knob, often in combination with other heating elements (e.g., convection with both upper and lower heating for baking).
• When using convection, you may need to reduce cooking time and/or temperature slightly compared to conventional methods.

6. Maintenance and Cleaning

1. Always unplug the oven from the electrical outlet and allow it to cool completely before cleaning.
