What's Included
Your Yaheetech 10x10 Pop Up Canopy Tent package includes the following components:
- 1 x Roller Bag (with wheels for easy transport)
- 1 x Frame (pre-assembled, powder-coated steel)
- 1 x Canopy Fabric (polyester with UPF 50+ UV protection)
- 4 x Sandbags (for added stability)
- 4 x Guy Lines (ropes for securing)
- 12 x Ground Stakes (for anchoring)

Setup Instructions
Follow these steps for quick and easy assembly:
- Unpack the Frame: Remove the folded frame from the wheeled roller bag. Place the frame in the desired setup location.
- Expand the Frame: With at least two people, gently pull the frame outwards from opposing corners until it is partially open.
- Attach the Canopy Fabric: Drape the canopy fabric over the partially expanded frame. Align the four corners of the canopy fabric with the four corners of the frame. Secure the canopy fabric to the frame using the hook and loop fasteners located on the underside of the canopy.
- Fully Extend the Frame: From underneath the canopy, push up the central locking system until it clicks into place and the entire frame is fully extended. This mechanism ensures a secure and taut canopy.
- Adjust Leg Height: Each leg is provided with a spring button for height adjustment. Press the button and extend each leg to your desired height. There are three adjustable height settings.
- Secure the Canopy:
- Fill the provided sandbags with sand, small stones, wet soil, or bottled water. Attach one sandbag to each leg of the canopy using the integrated straps.
- Connect the guy lines to the canopy fabric's attachment points and fix the ground stakes into the ground to anchor the canopy.
- Ensure all legs are firmly planted and secured for maximum stability.

Operating Instructions
Your Yaheetech canopy tent is designed for versatile outdoor use, providing shade and protection.
- Weather Resistance: The durable polyester canopy fabric with UPF 50+ UV protective coating offers resistance against sun and light rain. The powder-coated steel frame enhances durability and strength.
- Air Circulation: The top two vents are designed to maintain air circulation, reducing heat buildup and enhancing wind resistance.
- Portability: The included wheeled bag allows for convenient transport. The folded size is approximately 10″ L × 8″ W × 45.3″ H.
- Adjustable Height: Utilize the three adjustable height settings to customize the canopy's height according to your needs and environmental conditions.

Maintenance
Proper maintenance will extend the life of your canopy tent.
- Cleaning: Clean the canopy fabric with mild soap and water. Do not use harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners. Allow the fabric to air dry completely before storage.
- Frame Care: Inspect the steel frame periodically for any signs of damage or rust. Clean any dirt or debris from the frame.
- Storage: Always ensure the canopy fabric and frame are completely dry before folding and storing in the wheeled bag to prevent mold and mildew. Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
Troubleshooting
Here are some common issues and their solutions:
- Canopy instability in wind: Ensure all four sandbags are filled and attached, and all guy lines are staked firmly into the ground. The additional fabric covers on the legs also enhance wind resistance.
- Water pooling on canopy: The canopy is designed with grommet holes near the edges to prevent water collection during rain. Water will drip through these holes.
- Difficulty in setup/takedown: Ensure the frame is fully extended or collapsed correctly. The push-button mechanisms on the legs and central locking system should click securely. Having two people for setup is recommended for ease.
