Setup and Assembly

Your Nilox J5 SE e-bike requires some assembly before its first use. Follow these steps carefully.

  1. Unpacking: Carefully remove the bicycle and all components from the packaging. Retain packaging for future transport or storage.
  2. Handlebar Installation:

    Insert the handlebar stem into the fork tube. Ensure the handlebars are aligned with the front wheel and tighten the stem bolts securely using the provided tools. Check for any play.

  3. Pedal Attachment:

  7. Brake Check:

    Test both front and rear brakes to ensure they engage properly and stop the wheels effectively. Adjust cable tension if necessary.
