This attachment is designed for universal compatibility, fitting most 6.5-inch, 8-inch, 8.5-inch, and 10-inch hoverboards. Its length is adjustable from 31 to 44 inches, accommodating riders between 100cm and 200cm in height. The maximum load capacity is 100 kg (220 lbs).

4. Assembly Instructions

Follow these steps to assemble your hoverboard go-kart attachment. An assembly video is provided for visual guidance.

Step 1: Main Frame Assembly

1. Remove the rubber protectors from both sides of the main frame.
2. Insert the front pole into the main frame. Tighten it securely with the adjustment knob.

Step 2: Adjustable Bracket Assembly

Some go-karts may have the brackets pre-installed. Skip this step if they are already attached to the handle bars.

1. Attach the adjustable bracket to each handle bar using the provided screw sets.
2. You can adjust the bracket position to fit different hoverboard sizes by selecting the appropriate hole.

Step 3: Attach Handle Bars

1. Install both handle bars into the main frame.
2. Tighten them securely using the handle bar screw sets and the provided Allen keys.

Step 4: Seat Assembly

1. Place the seat onto the seat holder.
2. Fasten the seat to the seat holder using the four seat screw sets (washer screws and nuts).
3. Use the provided wrench to secure the screw nuts from the bottom, ensuring they are fully tightened.

Step 5: Attaching to Hoverboard

1. Release the straps from the go-kart attachment.
2. Position the go-kart attachment over your hoverboard.
3. Wrap the straps around your hoverboard and fasten them as tightly as possible to secure the attachment.

5. Operating Instructions

Operating your WEELMOTION go-kart attachment is intuitive:

• Forward: Push both hand control bars down simultaneously.
• Backward: Pull both hand control bars up simultaneously.
• Turn Left: Push the right hand bar down and pull the left hand bar up.
• Turn Right: Push the left hand bar down and pull the right hand bar up.
• The 360° flexible PU front wheel allows for smooth and free turning.

6. Maintenance

To ensure the longevity and safe operation of your go-kart attachment:

• Cleaning: Wipe down the frame and seat with a damp cloth after use. Avoid harsh chemicals.
• Inspection: Regularly check all bolts, screws, and straps for tightness. Tighten any loose fasteners.
• Storage: Store the go-kart in a dry, cool place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.
• Strap Replacement: The product includes extra straps. Replace worn or damaged straps immediately to maintain secure attachment to the hoverboard.

• Attachment feels loose: Ensure all straps are fastened as tightly as possible and all frame screws are secure.
• Difficulty steering: Check that the front PU wheel is clean and free of debris. Ensure the handle bars are properly installed and tightened.
