1. Introduction

4. Setup

4.1 Charging the Printer

Before first use, fully charge the Paperang P3 printer using the provided USB-C cable. Connect the USB-C end to the printer's charging port and the other end to a standard USB power adapter (not included) or a computer's USB port. The indicator light will show charging status.

4.2 Loading Thermal Paper

Your Paperang P3 comes with a 3-inch thermal paper roll pre-installed. To replace or load a new roll:

1. Gently open the paper compartment cover.
2. Remove any remaining paper core if applicable.
3. Insert the new thermal paper roll, ensuring the paper feeds out from the top and is aligned correctly.
4. Close the cover firmly until it clicks into place.

4.3 App Installation

The Paperang P3 printer is controlled via the Paperang mobile application. Download the official Paperang app from your device's app store:

• For iOS devices: Search for "Paperang" on the Apple App Store.

Follow the on-screen instructions to install the app.

5. Operating Instructions

5.1 Connecting to the Printer

1. Ensure your Paperang P3 printer is powered on. The power button is located on the top surface.
2. Enable Bluetooth on your smartphone or tablet.
3. Open the Paperang application. The app will automatically search for nearby Paperang printers.
4. Select your Paperang P3 from the list of available devices to establish a connection.

After selecting your content, tap the print button within the app. The printer will automatically feed the thermal paper and produce the printout.

6. Maintenance

6.1 Cleaning the Print Head

To ensure optimal print quality, periodically clean the thermal print head. Use a soft, lint-free cloth lightly dampened with isopropyl alcohol. Gently wipe the print head surface. Allow it to dry completely before using the printer again.

6.2 Replacing Paper Rolls

When the print quality degrades or the paper runs out, it's time to replace the thermal paper roll. Refer to Section 4.2 for detailed instructions on loading paper. Always use high-quality, BPA-free thermal paper rolls for best results and to prolong the life of your printer.

To maximize battery life:

• Avoid fully discharging the battery frequently.
