Maintenance

Proper maintenance ensures the longevity and optimal performance of your device:

  • Cleaning the Arrays: After each use, rinse the ionic arrays thoroughly with clean water. For stubborn residue, soak them in a mixture of 50% white vinegar and 50% water for 10-15 minutes, then scrub gently with a non-abrasive brush. Rinse completely before storage.
  • Cleaning the Main Unit: Wipe the main unit with a soft, damp cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners, solvents, or immerse the unit in water.
  • Storage: Store the unit and all accessories in the provided aluminum carrying case in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.
  • Array Lifespan: Ionic arrays have a limited lifespan and will need to be replaced periodically depending on usage frequency and water quality. Replace arrays when their performance diminishes or they show significant wear.
