| Problem | Possible Cause | Solution |
|---|---|---|
| No power | Power adapter not connected or faulty outlet. | Ensure power adapter is securely connected to the device and a working power outlet. Try a different outlet. |
| No sound output | Incorrect input/output selection; volume too low; cables loose. | Verify the correct input source is selected on your amplifier/speakers. Check Audifi's output selection. Increase volume on both Audifi and your audio system. Ensure all audio cables are securely connected. |
| WiFi connection issues / App is slow | Incorrect WiFi password; network interference; app glitch. | Double-check your WiFi password during setup. Restart the Audifi unit and your router. Close and reopen the 4Stream app, or reinstall it if issues persist. Ensure your mobile device is on the same network as the Audifi. |
| Bluetooth pairing failure | Audifi not in pairing mode; device already paired; interference. | Ensure Audifi is in Bluetooth input mode. Turn off Bluetooth on other nearby devices. Try restarting both the Audifi and your mobile device. |
| Distorted audio at high volume | Input signal too strong; amplifier clipping. | Reduce the volume level on the Audifi AU148. Adjust bass/treble settings on the Audifi or your amplifier to prevent overdriving speakers. |
