The Steba Family HF 8000 uses rapid hot air circulation to cook food evenly and efficiently. This technology allows for frying, baking, grilling, and roasting with little to no added oil.

6.1 General Tips
- Oil Usage: While the air fryer can cook without oil, a small amount of oil (1 tablespoon) can enhance crispiness for some foods, especially fresh vegetables or homemade fries.
- Shaking the Basket: For even cooking and browning, shake the frying basket halfway through the cooking time, especially for smaller items like fries or chicken nuggets. The safety micro-switch will pause operation when the basket is removed.
- Overfilling: Do not overfill the basket. Overfilling can prevent hot air from circulating properly, leading to unevenly cooked food.
- Food Examples: The 8-liter capacity is suitable for preparing large portions, such as a whole chicken, a batch of fries, or baked goods.
