Safety Information
Always prioritize safety when operating power tools. Failure to follow these instructions may result in injury or damage to the product.
- Wear Personal Protective Equipment: Always wear appropriate eye protection (safety glasses or goggles) and hand protection (gloves) when operating the polisher.
- Secure the Machine: Ensure the bench buffer is securely mounted to a workbench or a stable surface before operation to prevent movement and vibration. The base has four rubber feet for stability, and it can also be nailed down.
- Use Correct Wheels and Compounds: Always use the correct type of polishing wheel and compound suitable for the material you are working on.
- Maintain Clear Workspace: Keep your work area clean and well-lit. Cluttered or dark areas invite accidents.
- Avoid Overloading: Do not apply excessive pressure to the polishing wheels, as this can cause the motor to stall or overheat.
- Unplug When Not in Use: Always unplug the machine from the power outlet before changing accessories, performing maintenance, or when not in use.
- Keep Away from Water: Do not expose the machine to rain or operate it in damp or wet locations.
- Inspect Before Use: Before each use, inspect the machine and accessories for any damage. Do not operate if damaged.

Operating Instructions
Follow these steps for effective polishing and buffing:
- Power On: Plug the machine into a standard 110V AC power outlet. Flip the power switch to the "ON" position.
- Adjust Speed: The polisher features an adjustable speed control knob, allowing you to set the RPM between 2000 and 10000. Turn the knob to select the desired speed. Lower speeds are suitable for delicate items, while higher speeds are effective for more robust materials and efficient work.
- Apply Compound: Lightly touch the polishing compound (not included) to the spinning wheel to transfer the compound onto the wheel.
- Begin Polishing: Gently bring the item you wish to polish into contact with the spinning wheel. Apply light, consistent pressure. Move the item across the wheel to ensure even polishing.
- Observe Results: Periodically inspect your workpiece to monitor progress and achieve the desired finish. Remember to use the correct polishing wheel and compound for optimal results.
- Power Off: Once finished, turn the power switch to the "OFF" position and unplug the machine.
