Setup

1. Initial Charging

Before first use, fully charge the earbuds and the charging case.

Place both earbuds into the charging case.
Connect the USB Type-C charging cable to the charging case and a power source.
The LED indicators on the case will show charging status. A full charge for the case takes approximately 6 hours.
The earbuds themselves charge quickly, with 5 minutes of charging providing 2 hours of standby time.

2. Pairing with Your Device (One-Step Auto Pairing)

The earbuds feature one-step auto pairing for convenience.

Ensure Bluetooth is enabled on your smartphone, tablet, or other compatible device.
Open the charging case and take out both earbuds. They will automatically power on and enter pairing mode.
On your device, search for Bluetooth devices and select "C3" from the list.
Once connected, you will hear a confirmation prompt, and the earbuds are ready for use.

Operating Instructions

Touch Controls

The earbuds feature smart touch controls for easy management of music and calls. Please keep your hands dry when touching the controls for optimal sensitivity.

Power On/Off:
- Automatically power on when taken out of the charging case.
- Automatically power off when placed back into the charging case.
Play/Pause: Single tap on either earbud.
Next Song: Double tap on the right earbud.
Previous Song: Double tap on the left earbud.
Volume Up: Long press the right earbud.
Volume Down: Long press the left earbud.
Answer/End Call: Single tap on either earbud.
Reject Call: Press and hold either earbud for 2 seconds.

Wearing the Earbuds

For optimal comfort and sound quality, choose the correct ear tips and adjust the ear hooks.

Select the silicone ear tips (S/M/L) that best fit your ear canal.
Insert the earbud into your ear canal.
Place the ear hook over your ear and adjust it for a secure and comfortable fit. The ergonomic design ensures stability during activities like sports and workouts.

Maintenance and Care

Regularly clean the earbuds, especially the ear tips and charging contacts, with a soft, dry cloth.
Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive materials for cleaning.
Store the earbuds in their charging case when not in use to protect them and ensure they remain charged.
Keep the earbuds away from extreme temperatures, humidity, and dust.

Troubleshooting

Problem	Solution
Earbuds not pairing/connecting.	Ensure earbuds are fully charged. Turn off and on your device's Bluetooth. Forget "C3" in your device's Bluetooth settings and re-pair. Place earbuds back in the case, close it, wait a few seconds, then take them out again.
Only one earbud working.	Ensure both earbuds are charged. Place both earbuds back into the charging case, close the lid, and then take them out together. This should re-sync them. If issues persist, try resetting the earbuds (refer to the full user manual for specific reset instructions if available).
Low volume or poor sound quality.	Adjust the volume on both your device and the earbuds. Ensure ear tips are correctly sized and provide a good seal in your ear canal. Clean any debris from the earbud speakers and ear tips.
Earbuds not charging.	Check the charging cable and power adapter. Ensure the charging contacts on the earbuds and inside the case are clean and free of debris. Make sure the earbuds are correctly seated in the charging case.
