3. Setup
The Redkey P7 is designed for easy assembly and versatile use as either a stick or handheld vacuum. The package includes a user manual, battery, 2-in-1 dust brush, crevice tool, V-lined brush with hard and soft comb, metal extension tube, motorized head brush, charger, and fixed hanging dock.
3.1 Assembly
- Attach the motorized head brush to the metal extension tube.
- Connect the metal extension tube to the main motor unit.
- For handheld use, attach desired accessories (2-in-1 dust brush or crevice tool) directly to the main motor unit.

3.2 Charging
To charge the vacuum, connect the charger to the fixed hanging dock and mount the main motor unit. The LED display will indicate the battery level during charging.

4. Operating Instructions

4.1 Powering On/Off and Suction Modes
- Press the power button to turn the vacuum on or off.
- Use the mode selection button to switch between minimum (Min) and maximum (Max) suction power settings. The LED display will show the current mode.
4.2 Using Attachments
- Motorized Head Brush: Ideal for hard floors and carpets. The integrated LED headlights illuminate dust and debris. The head can swivel 90 degrees up/down and 180 degrees left/right for easy maneuverability.

5. Maintenance
Regular maintenance ensures optimal performance and extends the lifespan of your Redkey P7 vacuum cleaner.
5.1 Emptying the Dust Cup
Due to the compact size, the dust cup needs to be emptied frequently. The clear container allows you to easily see when it's full. To empty, detach the dust cup from the main unit and press the release button to dispose of debris directly into a trash bin without touching the dirt.
5.2 Cleaning Filters
The HEPA filter and other filtration components should be cleaned regularly.
- Remove the HEPA filter and sponge filter from the dust cup.
- Wash the filters with water once a month, or more frequently if needed.
- Ensure filters are completely dry before reinserting them into the vacuum.
5.3 Cleaning the Roller Brush
Hair and fibers can get tangled in the roller brush. Regularly remove the roller brush from the motorized head and clean any entangled debris.

- No Power: Ensure the battery is fully charged. Check if the battery is properly inserted.
- Reduced Suction: Empty the dust cup if it's full. Clean all filters (HEPA, sponge, mesh). Check the roller brush and extension tube for blockages.
- Brush Not Spinning: Remove the roller brush and clear any entangled hair or debris. Ensure the brush head is correctly attached.
- Short Runtime: Ensure the battery is fully charged. Runtime varies based on the selected suction mode (Eco vs. Max).
