4. Setup
4.1 Battery Installation & Charging
The WUBEN H1 Pro comes with a pre-installed 2600mAh rechargeable Li-ion battery. Before first use, ensure to remove the battery insulation sheet if present. To charge the headlamp, open the USB-C port cover and connect the provided USB-C cable to a power source. The indicator light will show charging status (Solid Red: Charging, Solid Blue: Charging Finished).

4.2 Headband Adjustment
Adjust the elastic headband to comfortably fit your head. The headlamp features a breathable mesh headband for improved comfort during extended wear. The light unit can be tilted 180 degrees to direct the beam as needed.

4.3 Hard Hat Installation
For use with a hard hat, attach the included 4 cap clips to secure the headlamp firmly to the hard hat brim.
5. Operating Instructions
The WUBEN H1 Pro features a single button for all operations. Refer to the diagram below for detailed mode access.

5.1 Main Light Operation (White Light)
- Turn On/Off: Single click the power button. The headlamp will remember the last used brightness level.
- Cycle Brightness (Moon-Low-Med-High): When the light is ON, press and hold the power button to cycle through Moon (1 lumen), Low (80 lumens), Medium (400 lumens), and High (1200 lumens). Release the button to select the desired brightness.
- Quick Turbo: Double click the power button from any state (ON or OFF) to instantly activate Turbo mode (1200 lumens). Double click again to cycle through Strobe, SOS, and Beacon modes.

5.2 Auxiliary Light Operation (Red & White)
- Activate Auxiliary Light: Triple click the power button from OFF state to activate the Blue Breathing Light.
- Cycle Auxiliary Modes: From the Blue Breathing Light mode, press and hold the power button to cycle through White Auxiliary Light (10 lumens), Red Light (10 lumens), and Red Flashes (10 lumens).

5.3 Lockout Function
To prevent accidental activation, the headlamp has a lockout function. From the OFF state, quadruple click the power button to lock/unlock the headlamp. The indicator light will flash to confirm the action.
6. Maintenance
- Cleaning: Wipe the headlamp with a soft, damp cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents.
- O-rings: Regularly inspect the O-rings for wear and tear. Replace them if damaged to maintain the IP68 waterproof rating. Apply silicone grease to the O-rings periodically.
- Battery Care: Store the headlamp with a partially charged battery if not used for extended periods. Recharge the battery every 3-6 months to prolong its lifespan.
