  1. Turn off the main water supply to your kitchen.
  2. Clear the area under the sink for easy access.
  3. Remove your old faucet, if applicable. Clean the mounting surface thoroughly.

3.3 Faucet Installation

  1. Insert the faucet body into the mounting hole on your sink or countertop. Ensure the base gasket is properly seated.
  2. From underneath the sink, secure the faucet using the provided mounting hardware (washer and mounting nut). Tighten firmly but do not overtighten.
  3. Connect the hot and cold water supply lines to the corresponding valves. The reinforced braided hoses are pre-attached to the faucet. Ensure connections are hand-tight, then use a wrench for a quarter turn.

  • To Retract: Guide the spray head back into the spout. The Positive Lock Pulldown design will secure it in place.

5. Maintenance

Regular maintenance will help preserve the finish and functionality of your Waterstone faucet.

5.1 Cleaning the Faucet

  • Clean the faucet regularly with a soft, damp cloth.
  • For matte finishes, avoid abrasive cleaners, harsh chemicals, or polishing agents, as these can damage the finish.
  • Wipe dry after cleaning to prevent water spots.

5.2 Aerator Maintenance

  • If water flow decreases or becomes irregular, the aerator may be clogged.
  • Unscrew the aerator from the spray head.
  • Rinse any debris from the screen. For stubborn mineral deposits, soak the aerator in a 50/50 solution of white vinegar and water.
