Setup
1. Battery Installation
The safe requires 4 AA batteries (not included) for the electronic keypad. The battery compartment is located inside the safe door. Ensure correct polarity when inserting batteries.
2. Initial Unlocking
For first-time use, or if the batteries are depleted, you will need to use the master key and emergency key to open the safe.
- Insert the master key into the main keyhole on the keypad.
- Insert the emergency key into the hidden emergency keyhole (usually behind a small cover).
- Turn both keys simultaneously and rotate the handle to open the safe door.

3. Mounting the Safe
For enhanced security, the safe can be mounted to a wall or floor using the provided screw anchors. Pre-drilled holes are located on the back of the safe.
- Choose a suitable location for mounting.
- Mark the drilling points on the wall or floor using the safe's pre-drilled holes as a template.
- Drill holes at the marked positions.
- Align the safe with the drilled holes and insert the screw anchors.
- Securely tighten the screws.

Operation
1. Unlocking Methods
Your Diosmio Safe Box offers two primary unlocking methods:
- Dual Key Method: Use both the master key and the emergency key simultaneously.
- Master Key + Passcode Method: Use the master key in conjunction with your digital passcode.
2. Setting/Changing Passcode
The initial password is typically '1234'. To change it:
- With the safe door open, locate the red reset button on the inside of the door.
- Press the reset button. The LCD screen will display 'SET'.
- Enter your new 4-8 digit passcode on the keypad.
- Press '#' to confirm. The LCD will display 'GOOD' indicating successful setup.
3. Using the Internal Lock Box
The safe includes a separate internal lock box for additional security of smaller, highly valuable items. It is secured with its own set of keys (Lock Box Keys).
- Open the main safe door.
- Insert the lock box key into the keyhole of the internal lock box.
- Turn the key to unlock and open the internal box.
- To lock, close the internal box door and turn the key.
4. Adjusting Shelves
The safe features adjustable shelves to accommodate items of various sizes. The shelves can be moved up or down by repositioning them on the internal support brackets.
5. Alarm System
The safe is equipped with a dual alarm system:
- Wrong Passcode Alarm: An alarm will sound for 60 seconds after 3 incorrect password attempts.
- Vibrating Alarm: The safe will alert if it is moved or tampered with.

Maintenance
To ensure the longevity and optimal performance of your Diosmio Safe Box, follow these maintenance guidelines:
- Regularly check and replace batteries in the keypad to avoid power loss.
- Keep the keys in a secure location outside the safe.
- Clean the exterior of the safe with a soft, damp cloth. Avoid abrasive cleaners.
- Do not lubricate the lock mechanism with oil or grease.
Troubleshooting
1. Safe Does Not Open
- Dead Batteries: If the internal batteries are depleted, use the external battery box to temporarily power the keypad, or use the master and emergency keys.
- Forgotten Passcode: Use the master key and emergency key to open the safe. Once open, you can reset the passcode.
2. Alarm Sounds Unexpectedly
- Incorrect Passcode: Ensure you are entering the correct passcode. The alarm will activate after three incorrect attempts.
- Movement/Vibration: The safe's vibration sensor may have been triggered. Ensure the safe is placed on a stable surface and not subjected to accidental bumps.
