2. Safety Guidelines

4. Assembly & Initial Setup

Your Aostirmotor electric bicycle comes 90% pre-installed. Follow these steps to complete the assembly and prepare for your first ride.

4.1 Unpacking and Inspection

1. Carefully remove all components from the packaging.

4.2 Handlebar and Front Wheel Installation

1. Attach the handlebars to the stem, ensuring proper alignment and tightening all bolts securely using the provided tool kit.
2. Install the front wheel, making sure the disc brake rotor is correctly seated within the caliper. Tighten the quick-release skewer or axle nuts firmly.

4.3 Seat Post Installation

1. Insert the seat post into the frame's seat tube. Adjust the seat height for comfortable pedaling, ensuring your leg has a slight bend at the bottom of the pedal stroke.
2. Secure the seat post with the quick-release lever or bolt.

4.4 Pedal Installation

1. Identify the left (L) and right (R) pedals.
2. Thread the pedals into the crank arms. The right pedal threads clockwise, and the left pedal threads counter-clockwise. Tighten them firmly with a wrench.

4.5 Battery Installation and Charging

1. Insert the 48V 20Ah removable lithium battery into its designated slot on the bike frame. Ensure it clicks securely into place.
2. Connect the charger to the battery charging port and then to a power outlet. The charging time is approximately 4-6 hours for a full charge.
3. The battery can be charged on or off the bike.
