1. Product Overview

2. Setup
2.1. Unboxing and Package Contents
Carefully remove all components from the packaging. Ensure the following items are present:
- Monitor panel
- Stand riser
- Stand base
- Power cable
- HDMI cable
- Quick setup guide
- Safety / Environmental / Regulatory Information
2.2. Assembling the Stand
- Attach the stand base to the stand riser. Secure it with the captive screw.
- Align the assembled stand with the mounting slots on the back of the monitor panel.
- Gently push the stand until it clicks into place.

2.3. Connecting the Monitor
- Connect the power cable to the monitor's power port and then to a wall outlet.
- Connect one end of the HDMI cable to the HDMI port on your computer or device.
- Connect the other end of the HDMI cable to one of the HDMI ports (HDMI 1 or HDMI 2) on the back of the monitor.
- If using DisplayPort (DP), connect a DP cable from your device to the DP port on the monitor (DP cable not included).

3. Operating the Monitor
3.1. Power On/Off

- ComfortView: This feature reduces blue light emissions to minimize eye strain. It can be enabled or adjusted via the OSD menu.
- AMD FreeSync: For compatible graphics cards, enable AMD FreeSync in your graphics card settings to eliminate screen tearing and stuttering during gaming.
3.4. Physical Adjustments
The monitor stand allows for various ergonomic adjustments:
- Height Adjustment: Raise or lower the monitor to your preferred viewing height.
- Tilt: Tilt the screen forwards or backwards to find the most comfortable viewing angle.
- Swivel: Rotate the monitor left or right on its base.
- Pivot: Rotate the screen 90 degrees to switch between landscape and portrait orientation.

4. Maintenance

To clean the monitor screen, gently wipe it with a soft, lint-free cloth. For stubborn marks, dampen the cloth with a small amount of water or a mild, non-abrasive screen cleaner. Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive materials. Clean the exterior surfaces with a soft, dry cloth.
5. Troubleshooting
- No Display: Ensure the power cable is securely connected to both the monitor and the power outlet. Verify that the video cable (HDMI/DP) is firmly connected to both the monitor and your computer. Check if the correct input source is selected in the OSD menu.
- Flickering Screen: Ensure the video cable is properly connected. Adjust the refresh rate in your computer's display settings.
- Image Quality Issues: Adjust brightness, contrast, and color settings via the OSD menu. Ensure the monitor is set to its native resolution (1920 x 1080p).
- No Sound (if using monitor speakers): Check the volume settings on both the monitor and your computer. Ensure the audio output is correctly routed to the monitor.
