5. Operating Instructions

5.1 Adjusting the Bench

The workout bench can be adjusted to various incline, flat, and decline positions to accommodate different exercises. To adjust, locate the adjustment pin or lever beneath the bench and secure it into the desired position.

5.2 Using the Isolateral Lever Arms

The isolateral lever arms operate independently, allowing for balanced strength development. Load standard weight plates onto the weight horns. Ensure plates are securely fastened with collars.

5.3 Using the Leg Station

The leg station allows for leg extensions and leg curls. Load weight plates onto the designated post. Adjust the ankle pads for a comfortable and secure fit.

5.4 Using the Squat/Calf Raise Platform

The integrated platform can be used for squats and calf raises. Position yourself correctly on the platform and engage the lever arms for resistance.

6. Maintenance
