Maintenance

1. General Cleaning

To clean your keyboard, disconnect it from your computer. Use a soft, lint-free cloth dampened with a small amount of water or a mild cleaning solution. Avoid spraying liquids directly onto the keyboard. For dust and debris between keycaps, use compressed air.

2. Keycap and Switch Replacement (Hotswap)

The Ducky One 3 TKL features hotswappable switches, allowing for easy replacement without soldering. Use the included keycap puller to gently remove keycaps, then use the switch puller to remove the switches. Align new switches carefully and press them firmly into place. Ensure the pins are straight before insertion to prevent damage.

Troubleshooting

1. Unresponsive Keys

If necessary, replace the switch with one of the included extra switches or a compatible replacement. Ensure the switch is fully seated in the socket.

2. Connectivity Issues

Ensure the USB Type-C cable is securely connected to both the keyboard and your computer. Try connecting the keyboard to a different USB port on your computer. If issues persist, test the keyboard on another computer to rule out system-specific problems.
