1. Important Safeguards

Always follow basic safety precautions when using electrical appliances to reduce the risk of fire, electric shock, or injury. Read all instructions before use.

  • Do not touch hot surfaces. Use handles or knobs.
  • To protect against electric shock, do not immerse cord, plugs, or the main unit in water or other liquid.
  • Close supervision is necessary when any appliance is used by or near children.
  • Unplug from outlet when not in use and before cleaning. Allow to cool before putting on or taking off parts.
  • Do not operate any appliance with a damaged cord or plug or after the appliance malfunctions or has been damaged in any manner.

  • Do not place on or near a hot gas or electric burner, or in a heated oven.
  • Extreme caution must be used when moving an appliance containing hot oil or other hot liquids.
  • Always attach plug to appliance first, then plug cord into the wall outlet. To disconnect, turn any control to “off”, then remove plug from wall outlet.
  • Do not use appliance for other than intended use.

3. Getting Started (Setup)

3.1 Unpacking and Initial Cleaning

Before first use, remove all packaging materials, stickers, and labels from the air fryer. Wash the basket and crisper plate thoroughly with warm, soapy water. Rinse and dry completely. Wipe the exterior of the air fryer with a damp cloth.

3.2 Placement

Place the air fryer on a stable, level, heat-resistant surface. Ensure there is at least 5 inches (13 cm) of space behind and above the appliance to allow for proper air circulation.

3.3 Power Connection

Plug the air fryer into a grounded wall outlet. The control panel will illuminate, indicating it is ready for use.

3.4 First Use Preheating

4. Using Your Air Fryer (Operating Instructions)

4.1 Control Panel Overview

The COSORI Air Fryer features a touch control panel with various functions and presets. The display shows temperature and time settings. Use the dedicated up/down arrows to adjust temperature and time.

4.2 Preheating

Press the 'PREHEAT' button. The default setting is 400°F for 4 minutes. You can adjust the temperature and time using the respective arrow buttons. Press the Play/Pause button to start preheating. The air fryer will beep when preheating is complete.

4.3 Adding Food

Once preheated, carefully pull out the basket. Place your food inside the basket, ensuring not to overfill it. For best results, arrange food in a single layer.

4.4 Cooking Process

Slide the basket back into the air fryer. Select your desired cooking function (e.g., Air Fry, Roast) or manually set the temperature and time. Press the Play/Pause button to begin cooking. Some recipes may require shaking the basket halfway through cooking; the 'SHAKE' reminder will appear on the display.

4.5 Pause/Resume

You can pause the cooking cycle at any time by pulling out the basket or pressing the Play/Pause button. To resume, simply reinsert the basket or press the Play/Pause button again.

4.6 End of Cooking

The air fryer will beep several times when the cooking cycle is complete. Carefully pull out the basket and remove your cooked food. Always use heat-resistant utensils.
