2. What's in the Box

Note: A power adapter is not included and must be purchased separately.
3. Setup
3.1 Inserting the SIM Card
- Locate the SIM card tray on the side of your device.
- Insert the SIM tray ejector tool into the small hole next to the tray and push gently until the tray pops out.
- Place your Nano-SIM card(s) into the tray with the gold contacts facing down. This device supports Dual SIM.
- Carefully reinsert the tray into the device until it clicks into place.

3.2 Powering On and Initial Configuration
- Press and hold the Power/Side key until the Samsung logo appears.
- Follow the on-screen prompts to select your language, connect to a Wi-Fi network, and set up your Google account.
- Configure biometric security features such as face recognition or fingerprint unlock for enhanced security.
4. Operation
4.1 Touchscreen Navigation
The Galaxy S22 5G features an AMOLED touchscreen display. Navigate by tapping, swiping, pinching, and spreading gestures.
4.2 Making Calls and Sending Messages
- To make a call, open the Phone app and dial the number or select a contact.
- To send a message, open the Messages app, tap to compose a new message, enter the recipient and your text.
4.3 Using the Camera

4.4 Charging the Device
Connect the USB Type-C cable to the charging port at the bottom of the device and to a compatible 25W fast charger or a wireless charging pad. The device supports both wired and wireless charging.
