Initial Setup

Unpacking

• Remove all packaging materials and labels from the bottle.

First Use Cleaning

Before initial use, wash the bottle and lid thoroughly. The lid is top-rack dishwasher safe. The stainless steel body should be hand washed with warm, soapy water.

Operation

Filling the Bottle

• Unscrew the lid by turning it counter-clockwise.
• Fill the bottle with your desired beverage. Do not overfill past the neck of the bottle.
• Screw the lid back on clockwise until it is securely tightened.

Using the AUTOSEAL Lid

The AUTOSEAL technology ensures a 100% spill-proof and leak-proof experience. To drink, simply press the AUTOSEAL button located on the back of the lid. Release the button to automatically seal the spout.

Spout Cover

The integrated spout cover protects the drinking area from dirt and germs. Flip the cover open before pressing the AUTOSEAL button to drink, and close it after use to maintain hygiene.

Secure Lock Button

To prevent accidental pressing of the AUTOSEAL button, slide the lock button (located next to the AUTOSEAL button) to the locked position. Slide it back to the unlocked position before drinking.

• Body: Hand wash the stainless steel body with warm, soapy water. Do not use abrasive cleaners, scrubbers, or harsh chemicals, as these can damage the finish and insulation.
• Do not use bleach or cleaners containing chlorine on any part of the bottle.

• Store the bottle with the lid off to allow for proper air circulation and prevent odors.

Troubleshooting

Leaking

• Ensure the lid is screwed on tightly and correctly aligned with the bottle threads.
• Check that the AUTOSEAL button is fully released and the spout cover is completely closed.
• Verify that the secure lock button is not stuck in an open position, which could allow the AUTOSEAL button to be pressed inadvertently.
• Inspect the lid's internal components for any debris or damage that might prevent a proper seal.

Poor Temperature Retention

• Confirm that the lid is completely sealed and the spout cover is closed after each use.
• Avoid filling with extremely hot liquids that could create excessive pressure, which might compromise the seal over time.

Splashing When Drinking

• If the bottle has been sealed for an extended period, a vacuum may form inside. Briefly press the AUTOSEAL button with the bottle upright and away from your face to release any built-up pressure before drinking.
