6. Important Safety Information

Please read and follow all safety instructions to ensure the well-being of your pet and the effectiveness of the training collar.

  • Proper Contact: Ensure the contact points on the receiver collar have direct contact with your dog's skin on the underside of the neck. Improper contact can lead to inconsistent stimulation or skin irritation.
  • Wearing Duration: Do not leave the receiver collar on your dog for more than 12 hours per day to prevent pressure necrosis (bed sores).
  • Initial Training Levels: Always start training at the lowest vibration or static shock level and gradually increase if necessary. Observe your dog's reaction to determine the appropriate level.
  • Collar Fit: Adjust the collar to be snug but not too tight. You should be able to fit one or two fingers between the collar and your dog's neck.
  • Supervision: Always supervise your dog when using the training collar. Do not leave your dog unattended with the collar on.
  • Not for Aggressive Dogs: This training collar is not intended for use on aggressive dogs. Consult a professional dog trainer for behavioral issues.
  • Skin Irritation: Regularly check your dog's neck for any signs of irritation, redness, or sores. If irritation occurs, discontinue use and consult a veterinarian.

7. Maintenance

Proper maintenance will ensure the longevity and optimal performance of your Asrcs Dog Training Collar.

  • Cleaning: Regularly clean the receiver collar and contact points with a damp cloth. Ensure they are dry before re-attaching to your dog.
  • Water Exposure: The receiver is IPX7 waterproof, meaning it can withstand submersion up to 1 meter for 30 minutes. However, always ensure the charging port cover is securely closed before water exposure.
  • Battery Care: Charge the devices regularly, even if not in frequent use, to maintain battery health. Store in a cool, dry place when not in use for extended periods.
