Operating Instructions

Heat Management

Due to the excellent heat conduction of GreenPan Rio cookware, medium to low heat settings are recommended for most cooking tasks. High heat should only be used for boiling water. Overheating can damage the nonstick coating over time and is unnecessary for effective cooking.

Troubleshooting

• Food Sticking: Ensure you are using appropriate heat settings (medium to low). Always add a small amount of oil or butter before cooking. Overheating can reduce nonstick performance.
• Discoloration: High heat or certain foods may cause slight discoloration over time. This is normal and does not affect the pan's performance or safety.
