Product Features
1. Secure Lock Function
The drawer slides are designed with a dual lock-in and lock-out mechanism, ensuring the drawer remains securely closed or fully extended. This prevents accidental opening or closing, providing enhanced safety and stability. To engage or disengage the lock, gently pull up or push down the yellow locking handle.

2. Smooth and Quiet Operation
Equipped with a double row of ball bearings, these slides ensure a smooth and effortless gliding motion when opening and closing drawers. A nylon buffer integrated into the middle section further reduces noise and prevents bounce-back, contributing to a quiet working environment.

3. Durable Construction and High Load Capacity
Constructed from 0.75-inch (19 mm) thick cold-rolled steel (CRS) with a zinc-plated finish, these drawer slides offer high hardness, excellent stability, and durability. They are designed to resist scratches, deformation, and rust, ensuring a long service life. Each pair can support a load capacity of up to 500 lbs (227 kg), making them suitable for heavy-duty applications.

Installation
1. Choosing the Right Size
To ensure proper fit and function, measure the length of your drawer and cabinet without the frame board. The length of the drawer slides should not be less than or equal to the drawer depth. The slide length should also not be longer than the cabinet case depth.

2. Installation Steps
The heavy-duty drawer slides are designed for side-mount installation on cabinets or machine parts. All necessary screws and bolts are included for a straightforward installation process.
- Step 1: Mark Placement - Position the drawer slides on the side of the cabinet and the drawer. Mark the screw hole locations accurately.
- Step 2: Mount to Cabinet - Attach the outer slide rail to the cabinet side using the provided screws. Ensure it is level and securely fastened. It is recommended to tighten the bolt from outside to inside.
- Step 3: Mount to Drawer - Attach the inner slide rail to the side of the drawer. Ensure proper alignment with the cabinet-mounted rail. The bolt between the drawer and cabinet should be fixed from inside to outside.
- Step 4: Insert Drawer - Carefully slide the drawer into the cabinet, aligning the inner and outer rails. Test the smooth operation and lock function.

Operation
To operate the drawer slides, simply pull the drawer to extend it. The three-fold full extension design allows the drawer to extend completely, providing full access to its contents. To lock the drawer in the closed or fully extended position, use the yellow locking handle. Pull the handle up to lock the drawer in place, and push it down to release the lock. Ensure the lock is fully engaged or disengaged for secure and smooth operation.
These slides are suitable for various applications, including goods shelves, industrial drawers, RVs, trucks, vending machines, and other heavy-duty storage solutions.
Maintenance
- Cleaning: Periodically wipe the slide rails with a clean, damp cloth to remove dust and debris. Avoid using abrasive cleaners or solvents that could damage the zinc-plated finish.
- Lubrication: For optimal performance, apply a small amount of silicone-based lubricant to the ball bearings and slide channels every 6-12 months, or as needed. This helps maintain smooth operation and prevents friction.
- Inspection: Regularly inspect the slides for any signs of wear, damage, or loose fasteners. Tighten any loose screws immediately. Ensure the locking mechanism functions correctly.
- Corrosion Prevention: While the zinc-plated finish offers rust resistance, avoid prolonged exposure to moisture or harsh chemicals to prevent corrosion.
Troubleshooting
- Drawer is Stiff or Not Sliding Smoothly:
- Check for debris or obstructions in the slide channels. Clean thoroughly.
- Apply lubricant to the ball bearings and channels.
- Ensure the slides are properly aligned and not bent or damaged.
- Drawer Does Not Lock/Unlock:
- Verify that the locking handle is fully engaged or disengaged.
- Inspect the locking mechanism for any obstructions or damage.
- Drawer is Loose or Wobbly:
- Check all mounting screws on both the drawer and cabinet sides. Tighten any loose screws.
- Ensure the drawer and cabinet are structurally sound and not damaged.
