3. Setup

3.1. Initial Charge

Before first use, fully charge your Turtlebox Gen 2 speaker. Connect the provided charging cable to the charging port located under the sealed cover on the back of the unit. The battery indicator lights on the control panel will show charging progress.

3.2. Powering On/Off

Press and hold the power button (⏻) on the control panel for 2-3 seconds to power the speaker on or off. A sound indicator will confirm the action.

3.3. Bluetooth Pairing

1. Ensure your Turtlebox Gen 2 is powered on.
2. The speaker will automatically enter Bluetooth pairing mode, indicated by a flashing Bluetooth icon (Ⓑ) on the control panel.
3. On your mobile device, navigate to Bluetooth settings and select "Turtlebox Gen 2" from the list of available devices.
4. Once connected, the Bluetooth icon will stop flashing and remain solid.

3.4. Wireless Stereo Pairing (Two Speakers)

To achieve true left-right stereo sound, you can pair two Turtlebox Gen 2 speakers together:

1. Power on both Turtlebox Gen 2 speakers.
2. Ensure neither speaker is currently connected to a mobile device. If they are, disconnect them.
3. On one speaker (this will be your primary speaker), press the "2Ⓑ" button. The speaker will enter stereo pairing mode.
4. The primary speaker will automatically search for and connect to the second speaker. Once connected, both speakers will indicate successful pairing.
5. Now, connect your mobile device to the primary speaker via Bluetooth as described in Section 3.3. Audio will play in stereo across both speakers.
