- Avoid placing the unit near heat sources, direct sunlight, or in areas with excessive moisture.

4.2 Window Kit Installation
The window kit is used to exhaust hot air from the unit to the outside.
- Assemble the exhaust hose by twisting it into the hose adapter and window kit adapter.

- Connect the window kit adapter to the opening in the window slider kit.
- Connect the hose adapter to the exhaust air outlet on the back of the air conditioner.

4.3 Drainage Setup
The unit features self-evaporating technology, which recycles most condensed water to cool the coils. However, in high humidity conditions, or when using the Dehumidifying mode, manual or continuous drainage may be required.
- Continuous Drainage: For prolonged use in high humidity or Dehumidifying mode, connect a drainage hose (not included) to the continuous drainage port at the lower back of the unit. Route the hose to a floor drain or a large container, ensuring it is sloped downwards for gravity drainage.
- Manual Drainage: If the internal water tank becomes full, the unit will stop operating and display an error code (e.g., "FL"). To drain, place a shallow pan under the lower drainage port, remove the drain plug, and allow the water to empty. Replace the plug securely after draining.
