Troubleshooting
If you encounter issues with your food processor, refer to the following common problems and solutions:
| Problem | Possible Cause | Solution |
|---|---|---|
| Appliance does not turn on. | Not plugged in; bowl or lid not properly assembled/locked. | Ensure the power cord is securely plugged in. Check that the work bowl and lid are correctly aligned and locked into place. |
| Motor runs, but blade/disc does not turn. | Blade/disc not properly installed on the shaft. | Unplug the appliance. Re-install the blade or disc, ensuring it is fully seated on the center shaft. |
| Food is unevenly processed. | Overfilling the bowl; ingredients too large; incorrect speed. | Process smaller batches. Cut ingredients into uniform, smaller pieces. Adjust speed or use the PULSE function for better control. |
| Loud noise or vibration during operation. | Unstable surface; improper assembly; overloaded motor. | Ensure the appliance is on a flat, stable surface. Check assembly. Reduce the amount of food being processed. |
