Before first use, ensure the earbuds are fully charged. Remove any protective cellophane from the charging contacts on the earbuds. Place both earbuds into the charging case and close the lid. - Release, then press and hold both earbuds again for 8 seconds until the LED lights on both earbuds flash. This indicates a reset.
- Place both earbuds back into the charging case.
- Open the charging case and take out the earbuds. They will automatically enter pairing mode.
- Go to your device's Bluetooth settings, forget "EKSA GT1" if it's listed, and then re-pair.
