4. Installation and Setup

4.1 Compatibility Check

Before installation, ensure this control box is compatible with your electric ride-on car. Open your existing electric ride-on car and inspect its control box. If the appearance and model number (JR1922RXS-D2) of this control box match your original unit, it should be compatible.

  1. Locate the battery compartment on the back of the remote control.
  2. Use a screwdriver to loosen the screw securing the battery compartment cover.

4.3 Pairing Instructions (Matching Code)

To establish a connection between the remote control and the ride-on car's receiver, follow these steps:

  1. Ensure the remote controller has two AAA batteries installed.
  2. Turn off the power switch on the ride-on vehicle.
  3. On the remote control, simultaneously hold down the "" (Forward) and "" (Back) keys for approximately 3 seconds. The first LED on the remote will begin to flicker, indicating it is in pairing mode.
  4. While the remote's LED is flickering, turn on the power switch of the ride-on vehicle.
  5. The red indicator lights on the remote control should stop flashing, indicating that the code matching process is successful.

Note: If this is the first time using the remote or if you are replacing it, you may need to perform this matching code procedure. If the remote control has been previously paired, it typically retains the memory of the match code and may not require re-pairing unless batteries are replaced or a new receiver is installed.
