2.2 Attaching the Tank to the Bowl
- Place the rubber tank-to-bowl gasket (if not pre-installed) over the tank outlet on the bottom of the tank.
- Carefully align the tank with the bolt holes on the toilet bowl.
- Insert the tank bolts through the tank and bowl holes. Secure with washers and nuts, tightening evenly to prevent cracking the vitreous china. Do not overtighten.
2.3 Water Supply Connection
- Ensure the water supply valve is turned off.
- Connect the water supply line (not included) to the fill valve shank on the underside of the tank. Hand-tighten, then use a wrench for a final quarter-turn. Do not overtighten.
