Ensure your TV's audio output is set to HDMI ARC or external speakers.

Troubleshooting
If you encounter issues with your sound bar, refer to the following common problems and solutions:

| No power | Power cord not connected; Power outlet not active | Ensure power cord is securely plugged into the sound bar and a working wall outlet. |
| No sound | Incorrect input selected; Volume too low; Mute function active; Incorrect TV audio settings; Loose audio cable | Select the correct input mode. Increase volume. Deactivate mute. Check TV audio output settings (e.g., set to PCM for Optical, enable HDMI ARC). Ensure audio cables are securely connected. |
| Bluetooth not connecting | Sound bar not in pairing mode; Device Bluetooth off; Device already paired to another unit | Ensure sound bar is in Bluetooth pairing mode ("BLUE" flashing). Turn on Bluetooth on your device. Disconnect from other devices or press the PAIR button on the remote to force pairing mode. |
