LiveBurst

Maintenance
- Battery Care: Store batteries in a cool, dry place. Avoid fully discharging batteries. Charge them regularly, even when not in use, to maintain battery health.
- SD Card Management: Regularly offload footage to a computer or cloud storage. Format your SD card periodically using the camera's settings to ensure optimal performance and prevent data corruption.
- Cleaning: After use, especially in saltwater or dusty environments, rinse the camera with fresh water and dry thoroughly. Clean the lens with a soft, lint-free cloth. Avoid abrasive materials.
Troubleshooting
- Camera Not Powering On: Ensure the battery is fully charged and correctly inserted. Try a different battery if available.
- Overheating: High-resolution video recording (e.g., 4K) and prolonged use in direct sunlight can cause the camera to heat up. If the camera becomes too hot, it may shut down. Allow it to cool down before resuming use.
- Connectivity Issues: If experiencing problems connecting to the GoPro app, ensure Bluetooth and Wi-Fi are enabled on both the camera and your mobile device. Restart both devices and try again.
- Footage Appears Shaky: Ensure HyperSmooth 2.0 is enabled in your video settings. For extreme activities, consider using the "Boost" setting.
