2. Safety Instructions

To ensure safe operation and prevent damage to the product or injury to yourself, please adhere to the following safety guidelines:

  • This air pump is designed for small cars. It is not applicable to tires of RVs, off-road vehicles, pick-up trucks, trucks, and other large high-pressure tire vehicles.
  • This product can only be used with a 12V DC power supply.
  • Always start the vehicle's engine before inserting the power cord into the cigarette lighter socket. This prevents draining the vehicle's battery.
  • Do not use this pump for high-pressure or high-volume applications, such as large truck tires or inflatable swimming pools.
  • Avoid continuous operation for more than 30 minutes. Allow the unit to cool down for at least 10 minutes after each 30-minute cycle to prevent overheating.
  • Keep the device away from water and flammable liquids or gases.
  • Do not leave the operating compressor unattended.
  • Keep out of reach of children.

  2. Insert the 12V power plug of the compressor firmly into your vehicle's cigarette lighter socket.
  3. Unscrew the valve cap from the tire you wish to inflate.
  4. Screw the air hose connector onto the tire valve stem until it is securely fastened. Ensure there are no air leaks.
  5. If inflating items other than standard car tires (e.g., bicycle tires, sports balls), select the appropriate nozzle adapter from the package contents and attach it to the air hose before connecting to the item.

6. Operating Instructions

Once set up, follow these steps to inflate your tires or other items:

  1. With the compressor connected to the power source and the tire valve, the digital display will show the current tire pressure.
  2. Press the "R" button (or equivalent unit selection button) to cycle through the available pressure units: PSI, BAR, KPA, and KG/CM². Select your preferred unit.
  3. Use the "+" and "-" buttons to set the desired target pressure. Refer to your vehicle's owner's manual or the sticker on the driver's side door jamb for recommended tire pressures.
  4. Press the power button (often marked with "O/I" or a similar symbol) to start the inflation process. The compressor will begin to inflate the tire.
  5. The compressor is designed to automatically shut off once the preset pressure is reached.
  6. Once inflation is complete and the compressor has stopped, disconnect the air hose from the tire valve and replace the valve cap.
  7. Unplug the 12V power cord from your vehicle's cigarette lighter socket.

Note: If inflating multiple tires, allow the compressor to cool down for a few minutes between inflations, especially after prolonged use, to prevent overheating.

7. Maintenance

Proper maintenance ensures the longevity and optimal performance of your air compressor:

  • Cleaning: Wipe the compressor's exterior with a soft, damp cloth. Do not use harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners. Ensure the device is unplugged before cleaning.
  • Storage: Store the compressor in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures. Use the provided carrying bag for protection.
  • Cord and Hose Inspection: Regularly inspect the power cord and air hose for any signs of damage, kinks, or wear. Do not use the compressor if any damage is found.
  • Fuse Replacement: If the compressor stops working, check the fuse located in the 12V power plug. Replace it with the provided spare fuse if necessary. Refer to the diagram in the product packaging for fuse access.
