Setup and First Reveal

1. Unpack the Cauldron: Carefully remove the plastic wrapping from the cauldron. A perforation is provided for easy opening.
2. Identify the Magic Gem: Locate the blue or pink jewel on the front of the cauldron.
3. Reveal Mixling Rarity: Rub or press the jewel to warm it up. This will reveal an image indicating the rarity of your two Mixlings (common, rare, or ultra-rare). If only one image appears, both Mixlings share the same rarity.
4. Access the Wand: Pop off the white lid of the cauldron. Inside, you will find your magic wand.
5. Remove the Locking Pin: Before attempting to open the cauldron, locate and remove the small pin/tab at the back of the toy. This pin acts as a lock. Keep it if you wish to use the locking feature later.
6. Perform the Reveal: Along the rim of the cauldron, you will see three hexagonal shapes. Aim the turquoise end of your magic wand at the large hexagon in the center. Tap the wand against this hexagon while saying the magic words "Magicus Mixus!" The cauldron will then open to reveal your two Mixlings figures. This may require a few attempts initially.

Operating Your Mixlings

Each Mixling possesses unique magical powers that can be activated using the included magic wand. There are five main types of Mixlings, each with a distinct ability:

• Enchanters: These Mixlings have charming eyes. Their magic is often activated by placing the magnetic wand near them.
• Fliers: Fliers have magnificent wings that deploy when you place the magnetic wand near their gem. The wings can be gently pushed back in and reactivated.
• Morphlings: Morphlings have the ability to change shape. Their transformation is typically activated by the magnetic wand.
• Vanishers: These Mixlings can disappear or change color. Some Vanishers change color with cold water, while others react to the pipette wand.
• Spellsters: Spellsters glow in the dark. Their power is activated by the glow-in-the-dark wand.

Experiment with your wand and Mixlings to discover their specific powers. The magnetic wand is crucial for activating many Mixling abilities and for re-opening the cauldron.

Re-enacting the Reveal

The magical cauldron reveal can be re-enacted multiple times. To do so:

1. Place your Mixlings back inside the cauldron.
2. Gently pull the pink plastic mechanism back into place to reset the cauldron's opening function.
3. Close the white lid.
4. Repeat the "Perform the Reveal" steps from the Setup section.

Maintenance and Storage

• Cleaning: Wipe the cauldron and Mixlings with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive materials.
• Storage: When not in use, store your Mixlings and wands inside the cauldron to keep them safe and organized.
• Locking Feature: If you wish to secure the cauldron, reinsert the pin/tab into the back of the toy while the cauldron is closed. This will prevent it from opening with the magnetic wand.

Troubleshooting

• Cauldron not opening:
  • Ensure the locking pin/tab at the back of the cauldron has been removed.

• Mixling powers not activating:
