4. Setup Instructions

4.1 Unpacking

5.1 Powering On/Off

Locate the main power switch, typically on the control panel. Flip the switch to the 'ON' position to power on the unit. Flip to 'OFF' to power off.

5.2 Temperature Control

The unit features a digital temperature controller. The factory-set temperature range is 36.6°F to 47.4°F (2.6°C to 8.5°C).

  1. Press the 'SET' button on the control panel to view the current set temperature.
  2. While the set temperature is displayed, use the 'Up' and 'Down' arrow buttons to adjust the desired temperature.
  3. Press 'SET' again or wait a few seconds for the new setting to be saved and the display to return to the actual internal temperature.

5.3 Adjusting Shelves

The display case includes 2 adjustable glass shelves. To adjust their height:

  1. Empty the shelf of all products.
  2. Carefully lift the shelf and reposition the shelf supports to the desired height.
  3. Ensure the shelf is securely seated on all supports before placing products back on it.

6. Maintenance

6.1 Cleaning

Always unplug the unit before cleaning.

6.2 Defrosting

This unit features an automatic defrost system. During normal operation, the unit will periodically enter a defrost cycle to remove ice buildup from the evaporator coil. Water from defrosting is evaporated automatically. Ensure the drain pan is clear and free of obstructions.
