Proper care ensures the longevity and performance of your kettle.

  • Exterior Cleaning: Wipe the exterior of the kettle with a soft, damp cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or scouring pads.
  • Interior Cleaning (Hand Wash): The interior of the kettle should be hand washed. Do not immerse the kettle or its electrical components in water.
  • Removable Filter: The kettle features a removable filter located behind the spout. Regularly remove and rinse the filter under running water to prevent scale buildup.
  • Descaling: Over time, mineral deposits (limescale) may build up inside the kettle, especially in hard water areas. To descale, fill the kettle with a mixture of water and white vinegar (1:1 ratio) or a commercial descaling solution. Boil the mixture and let it stand for 30 minutes before rinsing thoroughly.
