1. Introduction

Thank you for choosing the Innsky IS-AF008 8L Dual Basket Air Fryer. This appliance is designed to cook a variety of foods using hot air circulation, offering a healthier alternative to traditional frying. With its dual 4-liter baskets, you can prepare two different dishes simultaneously, making meal preparation efficient and convenient. 2. Important Safety Instructions

When using electrical appliances, basic safety precautions should always be followed to reduce the risk of fire, electric shock, and injury.

  • Read all instructions before use.
  • Do not touch hot surfaces. Use handles or knobs.
  • To protect against electric shock, do not immerse cord, plugs, or the main unit in water or other liquid.
  • Close supervision is necessary when any appliance is used by or near children.
  • Unplug from outlet when not in use and before cleaning. Allow to cool before putting on or taking off parts.
  • Do not operate any appliance with a damaged cord or plug, or after the appliance malfunctions or has been damaged in any manner.
  • The use of accessory attachments not recommended by the appliance manufacturer may cause injuries.
  • Do not use outdoors.
  • Do not let cord hang over edge of table or counter, or touch hot surfaces.
  • Do not place on or near a hot gas or electric burner, or in a heated oven.
  • Extreme caution must be used when moving an appliance containing hot oil or other hot liquids.
  • Always attach plug to appliance first, then plug cord into the wall outlet. To disconnect, turn any control to "off", then remove plug from wall outlet.
  • Do not use appliance for other than intended use.
  • Ensure the appliance is placed on a stable, heat-resistant surface.
  • Do not block any ventilation openings.
  • Each basket features a release button to prevent accidental detachment during cooking. Always press this button when removing the basket.

3. Product Components

Familiarize yourself with the parts of your Innsky Air Fryer:

  • Main Unit: Houses the heating element and fan.
  • Control Panel: Digital display with touch controls for settings.
  • Left Basket (L): 4-liter cooking basket.
  • Right Basket (R): 4-liter cooking basket.
  • Crisper Plates: Removable plates placed inside the baskets for optimal air circulation and crisping.
  • Power Cord: For connecting to an electrical outlet.

4. Setup and First Use

  1. Unpacking: Carefully remove all packaging materials and any promotional labels from the air fryer.
  2. Cleaning: Wash the baskets and crisper plates with hot, soapy water. Rinse thoroughly and dry completely. Wipe the exterior of the main unit with a damp cloth.
  3. Placement: Place the air fryer on a stable, level, heat-resistant surface, away from walls or other appliances to allow for proper air circulation. Ensure there is at least 10 cm (4 inches) of space around the appliance.
  4. Power Connection: Plug the power cord into a grounded electrical outlet.
  5. Initial Run (Optional but Recommended): For the first use, it is recommended to run the air fryer empty for about 10-15 minutes at 180°C (350°F) to eliminate any manufacturing odors. A slight odor or smoke may be present, which is normal.

5. Operating Instructions

5.1 Basic Operation

  1. Power On: Plug in the appliance. The power button will illuminate. Press it to turn on the display.
  2. Place Food: Insert the crisper plates into the baskets, then place your food into the baskets. Do not overfill.
  3. Insert Baskets: Slide the baskets firmly into the main unit until they click into place.
  4. Select Basket: Use the 'L' or 'R' buttons on the control panel to select the basket you wish to program.
  5. Adjust Temperature and Time: Use the temperature (up/down arrows) and time (up/down arrows) controls to set your desired cooking parameters. Temperature range: 80°C - 200°C (175°F - 400°F). Time range: 1 - 60 minutes.
  6. Start Cooking: Press the Start/Pause button to begin cooking.

5.2 Preset Programs

The Innsky Air Fryer features 8 preset cooking programs for common dishes:

To use a preset:

  1. Select the desired basket (L or R).
  2. Press the 'Menu' button repeatedly to cycle through the 8 preset icons until your desired program is selected. The default temperature and time will display.
  3. You can adjust the temperature and time manually if needed.
  4. Press the Start/Pause button to begin.

5.3 Shake Reminder

For certain foods, the air fryer will emit a "SHAKE" reminder during the cooking cycle. This indicates that the food in the basket should be shaken or tossed to ensure even cooking and crisping.

When the reminder sounds:

  1. Carefully pull out the indicated basket. The cooking will pause automatically.
  2. Shake the basket or use non-abrasive tongs to toss the food.
  3. Slide the basket back into the air fryer. Cooking will resume automatically.

5.4 Independent Cooking with Dual Baskets

The dual basket design allows for independent cooking in each 4-liter compartment, providing a total capacity of 8 liters. Each basket can be set to different temperatures and times.

To cook two different foods:

  1. Place food in both baskets.
  2. Select 'L' and set its cooking parameters (temperature and time).
  3. Select 'R' and set its cooking parameters.
  4. Press the Start/Pause button to begin cooking in both baskets.

5.5 SYNC FINISH Function

The SYNC FINISH function allows two different foods, with different cooking times, to finish cooking simultaneously.

To use SYNC FINISH:

  1. Place food in both baskets.
  2. Select 'L' and set its cooking parameters.
  3. Select 'R' and set its cooking parameters.
  4. Press the 'SYNC FINISH' button. The air fryer will automatically adjust the start time for the basket with the shorter cooking duration so both finish together.
  5. Press the Start/Pause button to begin.

5.6 DUAL COOK Function

The DUAL COOK function allows you to quickly apply the settings from one basket to the other, effectively cooking the same food in both baskets with identical settings.

To use DUAL COOK:

  1. Place the same food in both baskets.
  2. Select 'L' and set its cooking parameters.
  3. Press the 'DUAL COOK' button. The settings from the left basket will be automatically applied to the right basket.
  4. Press the Start/Pause button to begin cooking.

6. Cleaning and Maintenance

Regular cleaning ensures optimal performance and extends the lifespan of your air fryer.

  • Before Cleaning: Always unplug the air fryer and allow it to cool completely before cleaning.
  • Baskets and Crisper Plates: The baskets and crisper plates are dishwasher safe. For manual cleaning, wash them with hot, soapy water and a non-abrasive sponge. Do not use metal scouring pads or harsh abrasive cleaners, as these can damage the non-stick coating.
  • Interior: Wipe the interior of the appliance with a damp cloth. For stubborn food residue, a mild detergent can be used. Ensure the interior is completely dry before next use.
  • Exterior: Wipe the exterior with a damp cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or immerse the main unit in water.
  • Storage: Ensure all parts are clean and dry before storing the air fryer in a cool, dry place.

7. Troubleshooting
